Base on Costa Rican Energetic numbers, Costa Rica spend 72% of crude and its derivatives in transporting, 14% in industry, 7% agro, 4% Commerce and public services and 3% housing.

Al least 75% of Central America population live in conditions where gas emissions of cars and industry, reduced water sources, water contamination and earth shortage and housing, reduce productivity, increase violence and reduce public health.
